Industrial OEM Manufacturing for Miniaturized HPLC Columns

Since the mid-1990s, we have developed and refined production methods for nano-, capillary-, and microbore HPLC columns, with a continuous focus on robustness and reproducibility.

At the core is a proprietary packing technology platform, supported by benchmarking against comparable products and designed to withstand customer qualification and audits.Working in the 75 µm to 1.0 mm ID range requires specialized processes and controls, and our methods are built specifically for these dimensions.

We continuously improve throughput and consistency while keeping quality uncompromised—enabling partners to scale a competitive product line without building their own production infrastructure.

Experience with the following particles/sorbents

Porous particles

  • Reversed phase materials
    C4, C8, C18, phenyl, and fluorinated phenyl
  • Hilic phases

Particle sizes: 1.9, 3, and 5 micron
Porosity: 100Å – 300Å

Superficially porous particles

  • Reversed phase materials
    C18, Fluorinated Phenyl

Particle sizes: 2.7 micron
Porosity: 90Å

GUARD & TRAP COLUMNS AND CONNECTORS

Our proprietary guard/trap columns, meticulously designed to offer virtually no dead volume. These columns come with two options for inlet ports on both ends: 10–32 or 6–40 threads. While these guard columns are specifically recommended for our capillary column line, they can also serve as trap columns when combined with nano columns.

Our guard/trap columns are available in three diameters: 0.3 mm, 0.5 mm, and 1.0 mm ID, all with a uniform length of 5 mm.

Laboratory facilities

Efficiency, Traceability, and Reliable Testing

Our production setup is designed for stable deliveries and consistent quality, with dedicated packing and testing capacity to support both small batches and scaled OEM programs.

Testing is performed under realistic conditions, and we avoid practices that artificially inflate performance figures—so results in the Certificate of Analysis reflect real-world use.

All production and test data are stored on local infrastructure with structured backup routines, supporting traceability from bulk receipt to final shipment.Documentation is delivered electronically, and CoA formats can be aligned with OEM partner requirements for seamless integration.

R&D Expertise

Technical Support That Accelerates Adoption

Our OEM partners get more than manufacturing: we provide R&D support and scientific consulting for transitioning from conventional HPLC to miniaturized formats. We support method development and specialized chromatography needs, and collaborate with instrument manufacturers, industrial partners, and research institutions when relevant.

This combination – industrial OEM manufacturing plus applied R&D – helps partners shorten time-to-market and reduce technical risk.

Contact us to discuss OEM requirements, CoA format, volumes, and technical specifications—confidentially and efficiently.

Certificate of analysis (COA)

Electronic certificate

With our customized version of ChromStar, we offer the convenience of receiving electronic certificates in PDF format. We have designed a standardized template, as displayed above.

For OEM production, the same template is utilized, but with the flexibility to incorporate customer-specific data preferences in the "Column Description" and "Column Test Condition" fields. You also have the option to modify the Test Results according to your specific preferences.
